On this adventure, you will go out to the heart of Windhoek, experience the idyllic Erindi Private Game reserve, get close to the rare wildlife in Spitzkoppen Lodge, visit Swakopmund where the Namibian sand dunes meet the beautiful body of salt water, the Atlantic ocean and finally, take in the impressive red dunes of Sossusvlei.
Your 10 Day Namibia Must-See journey starts with a self-drive trip from Windhoek Airport to the depth of the bush. This afternoon, restore and recharge and take advantage of the sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.
After breakfast you will drive to the Erindi Private Game Reserve, enjoying the picturesque scenery. Here at Old Traders Lodge, you will spend the next two days between indigenous trees, relaxing in luxurious safari suites and enjoying lunch at the colonial style restaurant, on the viewing deck looking over a busy waterhole. You will be treated with morning and afternoon game drives, daily. A qualified and knowledgeable guide will accompany you as well as provide snacks and drinks. This is your opportunity to sit back, relax and become one with Africa.
Today you depart after breakfast on a self-drive trip to Damaraland in Spitzkoppen Lodge.
Where the intrepid traveler in you will be impressed with the spectacular scenery, awe-inspiring wildlife and ancient rock art for the next two days.
Bask in the Namib Desert with an unhindered view across the plains in the thatches suites.
This morning after breakfast, you will travel south to Swakopmund. The popular destination for international and local visitors. En-route you will see the most beautiful scenery. Once at your hotel, you will have 2 days to take the opportunity and explore Swakopmund at your time.
Optional: Swakop Urban Tour, Eco Gliding Tour at additional expense.
After breakfast, you will travel on to Sossusvlei, possibly Namibia’s most spectacular and best-known attraction. Sossusvlei Lodge provides access to the colossal red sand dunes, the well-known pan, and the abyss of the Sesriem Canyon.
Optional: Hot air balloon at additional expense
Driving back to Windhoek Airport around lunch time.

Anja is awesome!! She went above and beyond for me as I had several changes until I locked in my bucket list itinerary and then my friend cancelled. She wasn't mad and just went about cancelling her portion which saved me money in the long run. Anja is a true professional regardless and I have been dealing with her since Sept 2023. Great planning and service
Great planning and service, and everything worked like clockwork. We booked an Inyari Lodge safari with air with Safari.com. it wasn't clear if there will be 2 or three of us, so with Candis' help we booked a family chalet for 2 and added the third later when it was confirmed he can come. Candis put us on flights that maximized our game drive time (unlike some of the other guests) so we got all 6 drives in 3 nights. The lodge was great. Especially the game drives. We saw more than we hoped for. Additionally, Safari.com's insurance was very competitive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic travel agent for African safari family trip!
Wow! Shann was and is fantastic! She figured out a way to make our entire trip work. We are going on a 2 week trip to South Africa and Botswana. She really helped tie it all together as a wonderful, cohesive trip. She is super nice and super smart and very knowledgeable. She is also flexible and thoughtful, etc., etc. When the chips were down (and we literally were considering pulling the plug on the whole trip), she found a way to make the entire itinerary work and got us excited about our wonderful adventure!
