Deluxe Rooms are perfectly situated on the banks of the Zambezi River, and feature twin beds, a Victorian style en-suite bathroom, Hair dryer, minibar, in-room safe, satellite television, tea & coffee making facilities, telephone, a writing desk, air conditioning, and a private verandah.
Corner Deluxe Rooms are more spacious than the Deluxe Rooms with the addition of an enclosed patio.
The Livingstone Suite is gorgeous with its king sized bed, a dressing area and Victorian style en-suite bathroom. Other features include a spacious lounge, wet bar and prvate verandah.
The Presidential Suite is fit for royalty with the additional luxuries of a dressing area , en-suite bathroom with a Victorian tub, double vanities and walk-in shower. Other features include a large lounge, dining area, and a private veranda that boasts incredible vistas of the Zambezi River.
The hotel facilities include an activity desk, bar, restaurant, conference center, gym, kids club, laundry service, gym, internet access, and a swimming pool.
Victoria Falls offers a range of adventure activities including microlight flights, white water rafting (seasonal), visits to Livingstone Island and Devils Pool (seasonal), helicpoter flights, gorge swing, river cruises, canoeing, tour of the Falls, and day trips to Chobe National Park.

3-nights Zambia trip
I would start by saying before I started talking to Leigh-Ann Croeser I knew I wanted to go on this 3-nights adventure in Zambia with my family towards the end of this year, but I did not have any idea of how to go about planning it, thankfully Leigh-Ann responded immediately to my enquiry. Ever since I started communicating with her, she has been a very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, awesome Luxury Safari consultant who came through for me in every step of this process. She offered great advice and did a great job in customizing our itinerary and put my mind at ease in the process. She always responded quickly and gave me great advise when I needed. I tried setting everything up myself
I tried setting everything up myself, but ran into a few hiccups. Less than an hour after reaching out to them in the late afternoon from overseas, I had a response. Leigh-Ann Croeser was quick to help me with all my lodging/ transport/ and special dietary plan needs. I'm looking forward to taking my special someone to this amazing place!

Outstanding Experience! (Cape Town, Sabi Sands, Vic Falls)
After attempting to book this trip myself (a couple coming from the US), I gave up and reached out to Sara from Safari.com. I told Sara what I was thinking and by the next day she had created several wonderful itineraries! Based on her suggestions, we personalized the itineraries and within 7 days I was booked and all set!! Sara was available at all times (before, during, and after the trip). We are currently heading home and we are so happy with all the bookings Sara created for us! Everything went flawlessly. Her 3rd parties for tours and transfers were perfect (always early, professional, knowledgeable, and kind). The hotel acknowledged our anniversary thanks to Sara. We stayed at the Victoria & Alfred hotel in Cape Town, then off to Dulini Moya in Sabi Sands, and finally Victoria Falls Island Treehouse in Zimbabwe. I highly recommend all of them. Tell Sara what you envision your experience to be and your budget and she will make it happen!! Her knowledge was so helpful in assisting us to choose the perfect itinerary. It was comforting that she kept in touch while we were traveling throughout Africa. I feel so lucky to have had Sara arrange this trip and will certainly request her expertise again in the future!!
