The Singita Serengeti House is situated within the spectacular 350 000 acre Singita Grumeti Reserves, in Northern Tanzania. The Grumeti concession was created to preserve the wilderness and the animals that make it one of Tanzania's most prisitine game areas.
Singita manages the reserve, protecting the path of the annual wildebeest migration and ensuring long-term sustainability through low-impact tourism.
Serengeti House is an exclusive-use retreat set on the slopes of Sasakwa Hill. This location offers guests spectacular views of the watering hole just below the house and panoramic vistas of the expansive Serengeti Plains. The house provides privacy, flexibility, and ensures friends and families enjoy a relaxed and carefree stay. The superb staff will tailor itineraries, meals, and activities according to the group’s needs.
Serengeti House accommodates up to eight guests exclusively. It includes two suites in the main house and two garden suites. Each suite features double or twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers, a dressing room area, air-conditioning, an overhead fan, a digital safe, a hairdryer, televisions, bathroom amenities, a direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, and a veranda. The Garden Suites also include minibars and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
The facilities at Serengeti House include a 25-meter infinity swimming pool, a kitchen, a boutique and gallery, a media room, a tented spa suite, a private tennis court and pavilion, a fully equipped gym, and an outdoor sala area.
The Singita Grumeti Reserve offers front-row seats to the annual migration, during which approximately 1.5 million wildebeest travel between Kenya and Tanzania in search of fresh grass sprouting after the rains. Guests can also spot other species regularly in the reserve, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, buffalo, hyenas, and jackals.
Activities available at Serengeti House include game drives, tennis, mountain biking, archery, community visits, guided safari walks, and spa treatments.

My 2nd time booking with Safari.com - Amazing is all I can say from the first trip last year to booking this one for next year - they tailor the trip to what you want to do and see and keep in touch the whole way thru. I would never book with anyone else ever! Kim Abrahams was a godsend - so patience with all my changes and requests. She made sure I was getting the right place to stay to have the best chance to see the animals I want to see.

Kim Abrahams was a delight
Kim Abrahams was a delight to deal with. Her responses were always super quick, her advice extremely useful and nothing was too much trouble - she was very accommodating. So far the booking experience has been super simple and seamless. Very much looking forward to the safari.
