The award-winning Olonana is a boutique tented safari camp on a private stretch of the Mara River in the heart of Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve. Olonana boasts 14 opulent Suites and Family Suites with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a deck that boasts spectacular views of the Mara River. Other features include a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, bathtub, and a rain shower; overhead fan, lower lounge area, minibar, daybed on the deck. Three of the suites feature an extra bedroom which is ideal for families.
The Masai Mara National Reserve is world renowned as the setting of Karen Blixen’s book, “Out of Africa”. The breathtaking game-filled plains are known for the awe-inspiring spectacle of the annual Great Migration. Whilst the migration is spectacular, the Masai Mara teems with wildlife throughout the year, boasting incredible sightings of the Big Five.
The camp facilities include a dining area, lounge, spa, laundry service and a swimming pool.

7 day Vic Falls/ Kruger adventure!!!
I can’t say enough about Kim and how much she did for me and my daughter to plan her 7 day Safari to Victoria Falls and Kruger Park. For myself to be in the USA and my daughter doing a medical internship in Cape Town, South Africa and the time difference, Kim was amazing in every way. The time difference in itself was a challenge but Kim was so helpful and was very quick to respond to me and my daughter at crazy times to make her trip perfect! Kims communication and most importantly making sure my daughter was Safe traveling solo was superb! Everything was planned and she wanted for nothing. Her flights and transfers were perfect along with her accommodations! She loved all of her safaris and the people were all amazing to her! Thank you so much for making a Madison’s Safari memorable in every way !

Outstanding Experience! (Cape Town, Sabi Sands, Vic Falls)
After attempting to book this trip myself (a couple coming from the US), I gave up and reached out to Sara from Safari.com. I told Sara what I was thinking and by the next day she had created several wonderful itineraries! Based on her suggestions, we personalized the itineraries and within 7 days I was booked and all set!! Sara was available at all times (before, during, and after the trip). We are currently heading home and we are so happy with all the bookings Sara created for us! Everything went flawlessly. Her 3rd parties for tours and transfers were perfect (always early, professional, knowledgeable, and kind). The hotel acknowledged our anniversary thanks to Sara. We stayed at the Victoria & Alfred hotel in Cape Town, then off to Dulini Moya in Sabi Sands, and finally Victoria Falls Island Treehouse in Zimbabwe. I highly recommend all of them. Tell Sara what you envision your experience to be and your budget and she will make it happen!! Her knowledge was so helpful in assisting us to choose the perfect itinerary. It was comforting that she kept in touch while we were traveling throughout Africa. I feel so lucky to have had Sara arrange this trip and will certainly request her expertise again in the future!!
