The Detail

Ursula’s Homestead is a cozy retreat and charming homestead consisting of just four individual garden rooms. It is the sister property of Stanley & Livingstone Boutique Hotel and provides a classic Victoria Falls experience. The main guest area, terrace, fire pit, pool area, and the rooms are all arranged in a semi-circle, offering wide-open views of the natural reserve. It’s an environment of peace and tranquility, just minutes away from the world-famous Falls, bustling town, and surrounding attractions.

Each room's view is equally stunning. Ursula’s has a private and personal atmosphere, feeling more like a remote bush home than a hotel. You also have the option of booking it out exclusively. From your terrace, French doors open into a spacious double bedroom featuring a dressing table, beverage station, minibar, and wardrobe, as well as an adjoining en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It ensures a very comfortable stay.
