Initial Booking only review- have not yet travelled
We have not travelled yet so cannot comment on experience other than the initial booking. Jolene was amazing. We had an itinerary with our usual travel company, but my partner noticed an offer with Safari.com. So we approached them and although that offer no longer applied the package they offered beat everyone else hands down. Communication has been easy and timely. I can only hope this service continues for our holiday year.
