The Singita Serengeti House is situated within the spectacular 350 000 acre Singita Grumeti Reserves, in Northern Tanzania. The Grumeti concession was created to preserve the wilderness and the animals that make it one of Tanzania's most prisitine game areas.
Singita manages the reserve, protecting the path of the annual wildebeest migration and ensuring long-term sustainability through low-impact tourism.
Serengeti House is an exclusive-use retreat seated on the slopes of Sasakwa Hill. This location affords guests ideal views of the watering hole just below the house, and panoramic vistas of the expansive Serengeti Plains. The house offers guests privacy and flexibility and ensures friends and families a totally relaxed and carefree stay. The superb staff will tailor make itineraries, meals, and activities in accordance with the needs of the group.
Serengeti House can accommodate up to eight guests exclusively, with two Suites in the main house and two Garden Suites. Each suite boasts a double or twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, an inside and outside shower, dressing room area, air-conditioning, overhead fan, digital safe, hairdryer, televisions, bathroom amenities, direct dial telephone, Wi-Fi, and a veranda. The Garden Suites additionally have mini bars and tea & coffee making facilities.
The facilities include a 25m infinity swimming pool, kitchen, boutique and gallery, media room, a tented spa suite, a private tennis court and pavilion, a fully equipped gym, and an outdoor sala area.
The Singita Grumeti Reserve offers front row seats to the annual migration when approximately 1.5 million wildebeest travel between Kenya and Tanzania in search of new grass that has sprouted as a result of the rainfall. Other species seen regularly in the reserve include lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant, giraffe, zebra, hippo, buffalo, hyena and jackals.
Activities on offer at Serengeti House include game drives, tennis, mountain biking, archery, community visits, guided safari walks, and spa treatments.

7 day Vic Falls/ Kruger adventure!!!
I can’t say enough about Kim and how much she did for me and my daughter to plan her 7 day Safari to Victoria Falls and Kruger Park. For myself to be in the USA and my daughter doing a medical internship in Cape Town, South Africa and the time difference, Kim was amazing in every way. The time difference in itself was a challenge but Kim was so helpful and was very quick to respond to me and my daughter at crazy times to make her trip perfect! Kims communication and most importantly making sure my daughter was Safe traveling solo was superb! Everything was planned and she wanted for nothing. Her flights and transfers were perfect along with her accommodations! She loved all of her safaris and the people were all amazing to her! Thank you so much for making a Madison’s Safari memorable in every way !

Outstanding Experience! (Cape Town, Sabi Sands, Vic Falls)
After attempting to book this trip myself (a couple coming from the US), I gave up and reached out to Sara from Safari.com. I told Sara what I was thinking and by the next day she had created several wonderful itineraries! Based on her suggestions, we personalized the itineraries and within 7 days I was booked and all set!! Sara was available at all times (before, during, and after the trip). We are currently heading home and we are so happy with all the bookings Sara created for us! Everything went flawlessly. Her 3rd parties for tours and transfers were perfect (always early, professional, knowledgeable, and kind). The hotel acknowledged our anniversary thanks to Sara. We stayed at the Victoria & Alfred hotel in Cape Town, then off to Dulini Moya in Sabi Sands, and finally Victoria Falls Island Treehouse in Zimbabwe. I highly recommend all of them. Tell Sara what you envision your experience to be and your budget and she will make it happen!! Her knowledge was so helpful in assisting us to choose the perfect itinerary.
