The Singita Mara River Tented Camp is located within the Lamai Triangle of Tanzania, a 98 000 acre concession in the northern Serengeti. As there is no fencing, the wildlife moves freely between the National Park and the concession, including the millions of wildebeest and zebra of the annual migration.
The camp runs off solar-power and was built using recycled and natural materials, ensuring a minimal impact on the environment.
The camp sited on the northern banks of the Mara River, just south of the Kenyan borders a completely self-sustained eco retreat with four one-bedroom luxury tents and two family tents.
Each Tent is river facing with double or twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with an outside bathtub, an inside and outside shower; pedestal fan, mosquito netting, minibar (cooler box), tea & coffee making facilities, in-room safe, bathroom amenities and a game-viewing deck.
The Family Tents boast two bedrooms with double or twin beds, en-suite bathrooms with outside bathtubs, inside and outside showers; pedestal fan, mosquito netting, minibar (cooler box), tea & coffee making facilities, in-room safe, bathroom amenities and a shared game-viewing deck.
The camp facilities includes a dining room, bar, wine cellar, spa, and a swimming pool.
The Lamai Triangle offers a front row seat to the annual migration when approximately 1.5 million wildebeest and other antelope migrate between Tanzania and Kenya in search of the newly sprouted grasses. The Lamai Triangle is also home to a number of animals including lion, cheetah, leopard, and elephants.
The camp activities include daily game drives in open-sided Land Cruisers, tennis, spa treatments, and hot air balloon safaris.

7 day Vic Falls/ Kruger adventure!!!
I can’t say enough about Kim and how much she did for me and my daughter to plan her 7 day Safari to Victoria Falls and Kruger Park. For myself to be in the USA and my daughter doing a medical internship in Cape Town, South Africa and the time difference, Kim was amazing in every way. The time difference in itself was a challenge but Kim was so helpful and was very quick to respond to me and my daughter at crazy times to make her trip perfect! Kims communication and most importantly making sure my daughter was Safe traveling solo was superb! Everything was planned and she wanted for nothing. Her flights and transfers were perfect along with her accommodations! She loved all of her safaris and the people were all amazing to her! Thank you so much for making a Madison’s Safari memorable in every way !

Outstanding Experience! (Cape Town, Sabi Sands, Vic Falls)
After attempting to book this trip myself (a couple coming from the US), I gave up and reached out to Sara from Safari.com. I told Sara what I was thinking and by the next day she had created several wonderful itineraries! Based on her suggestions, we personalized the itineraries and within 7 days I was booked and all set!! Sara was available at all times (before, during, and after the trip). We are currently heading home and we are so happy with all the bookings Sara created for us! Everything went flawlessly. Her 3rd parties for tours and transfers were perfect (always early, professional, knowledgeable, and kind). The hotel acknowledged our anniversary thanks to Sara. We stayed at the Victoria & Alfred hotel in Cape Town, then off to Dulini Moya in Sabi Sands, and finally Victoria Falls Island Treehouse in Zimbabwe. I highly recommend all of them. Tell Sara what you envision your experience to be and your budget and she will make it happen!! Her knowledge was so helpful in assisting us to choose the perfect itinerary. It was comforting that she kept in touch while we were traveling throughout Africa. I feel so lucky to have had Sara arrange this trip and will certainly request her expertise again in the future!!
