Chobe National Park offers abundant and diverse wildlife. It is home to the largest concentration of elephant in Africa. During the dry season these herds, as well as large herds of buffalo, congregate along the fertile floodplains of the Chobe River. Magnificent sightings of puku, sable, giraffe and roan antelope, as well as the rare aquatic Red Lechwe and the indigenous Chobe Bushbuck are frequent. The abundant game supports a healthy population of predators, including large resident populations of lion, leopard, wild dog and cheetah. The park is home to the Big Five, along with huge pods of hippo and crocodiles. Chobe is rich in birdlife, offering over 450 species, including Pel’s Fishing Owl and the distinctive strangely beaked African skimmer.
Chobe Game Lodge offers a choice of land and water based activities. All safari activities are tailored to suit individual requirements. These include game drives, motorized boating safaris, sunset cruises along the Chobe River and after-dinner stargazing. Morning and afternoon game drives are led by qualified guides in open 4x4 safari vehicles. Guides also lead game walks into the nearby Kasane Forests, offering a different game viewing perspective.
Chobe Game Lodge is ideal for solo explorers, couples and families looking for a luxurious getaway.

Outstanding Experience! (Cape Town, Sabi Sands, Vic Falls)
After attempting to book this trip myself (a couple coming from the US), I gave up and reached out to Sara from Safari.com. I told Sara what I was thinking and by the next day she had created several wonderful itineraries! Based on her suggestions, we personalized the itineraries and within 7 days I was booked and all set!! Sara was available at all times (before, during, and after the trip). We are currently heading home and we are so happy with all the bookings Sara created for us! Everything went flawlessly. Her 3rd parties for tours and transfers were perfect (always early, professional, knowledgeable, and kind). The hotel acknowledged our anniversary thanks to Sara. We stayed at the Victoria & Alfred hotel in Cape Town, then off to Dulini Moya in Sabi Sands, and finally Victoria Falls Island Treehouse in Zimbabwe. I highly recommend all of them. Tell Sara what you envision your experience to be and your budget and she will make it happen!! Her knowledge was so helpful in assisting us to choose the perfect itinerary. It was comforting that she kept in touch while we were traveling throughout Africa. I feel so lucky to have had Sara arrange this trip and will certainly request her expertise again in the future!! You won’t have to worry about anything because she is on top of it all. Do not hesitate!! Book with Sara from Safari.com!
